For the last 15 years, Dr. Gidon has acquired extensive experience in Cosmetic and Laser Dermatology. She has an active cosmetic dermatology office in Downtown Toronto.

Dr. Gidon is a lecturer at the University of Toronto, where she teaches medical students and Dermatology residents. She is a Consultant Dermatologist at Women's College Hospital and is on staff at the University Health Network. Dr. Gidon attends many professional conferences and meetings each year for ongoing medical education and to ensure she has current knowledge of all new techniques and technologies.

Dr. Gidon is a leader in non-surgical rejuvenation procedures. She was amongst the first dermatologists in Canada to use Levulan® Photodynamic Therapy and to offer intense pulsed light treatments with the Lumenis 1™ for photorejuvenation. She is also a leader in the Thermage® procedure for tightening collagen and Fraxel® laser treatment for smoothing lines and scars, and fading pigmentation.

Dr. Gidon has been performing light chemical peels for over 14 years and also performs medium depth chemical peels, Cosmelan® peels, and microdermabrasion. She has been acknowledged as an expert Botox® Cosmetic injector and was invited to participate in Botox's top injector program. She is an experienced injector of Restylane® and Perlane™ filler substances.

Dr. Gidon also offers laser treatments for spider veins and age spots, laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, electrolysis, sclerotherapy and the removal of moles (benign growths).
